This link is now included in all traveler’s Confirmation and Late Breaking Client Alerts. We are currently testing FlightStats links from the Agent’s Dashboard for quick access to flight and airport status. 

Corporate Tracker Summary – If you have sold Traveler Tracker to your Corporate Client, they can now receive a report by destination of all their employees potentially affected by an Alert. This Summary report is generated in real time as Alerts are posted to our databases. The Tracker Summary report also contains a link to the Tracker Dashboard login page. Email Customer Support with Corporate Tracker Summary in the Subject line and include the corporate client’s email to receive this report. See Tracker for Corporates.

Traveler Acknowledgement Email – Some corporate duty of care travel policies requires their travelling employees to “acknowledge” receipt of travel Alerts. We can now place an optional link in their Late Breaking Alert with an email link to the travel manager.  If your client wants this turned on, email Customer Support with Acknowledgement Email in the subject line and include the corporate id and email for the client.

1,659 Additional North American City Codes – Based on the final destination segment in queued PNR’s, we are now targeting alerts to just those travelers in that city or state/province. This is only available to agencies using auto transactions with queued pnr’s.

Country Travel Risk Level – following the introduction of Travel Risk database late last year, we have added the travel risk level into all of our emailed deliverables and customer facing displays.

Delayed Release of Confirmation Alert/Advisory – if your client is ticketed today but does not depart for another six months, you now have an option to turn on Alerts “x” days prior to departure. This is only available to agencies using auto transactions with queued pnr’s. Contact your interface provider to eTT
requesting Delayed Alerts/Advisories.

Custom Dashboard Headers – we can now give you your own branding on both of your Agency’s Dashboards and that of your Corporate clients Tracker Dashboards. Email Customer Support with Custom Dashboard Headers inthe subject line.

Customizing Ticker and Marquee Displays – if your web site is linked to our Alerts Ticker or Marquee, you can now easily change the font, text and background colors with some simple html code. Email Customer Support with Customizing Ticker and Marquee Displays inthe subject line.
