2.0 Terms and Conditions
2.1 Definitions:
Location - is the physical location or address of an agency or corporate travel office, with of without an IATA number that accesses travel suppliers and created travel bookings and reservations on behalf of customers.
User - is an employee or is associated at/with the location, or is a remote (at home) employee or associate serviced by the location, who has received a login id and password to the service.
2.2 Disclaimer:
The information provided in our e-TRAVEL ADVISORIES ©, e-Travel Alerts ™ and Databases is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Since this information is received from or linked to sources beyond our control, such as government departments, tourist boards, embassies, consulates, CDC, and International publications, and recognizing that rapid changes constantly take place in the rules, regulations, customs and laws, affecting international travel, e-Travel Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, claims, losses, costs or expenses including but not limiting indirect, special or consequential damages, such as loss of anticipated profits or other economic loss caused directly or indirectly as a result of any error or omission in the information provided or accessed in e-TRAVEL ADVISORIES © or e-Travel Alerts ™.
2.3 Access (Agency):
I agree that login and password access to the eTravelAdvisories.com website will be used only by employees or agents employed or contracted by (each of) the subscribing location(s) described in this agreement. It is further agreed that e-Travel Technologies Inc. will be advised when id/passwords need to be deleted for employees or associates who are no longer working at this location.
2.4 Reseller of e-Tracker Access:
As a reseller of e-Tracker I agree that our agency will be charged for this service and understand that we selectively may or may not charge our corporate customer.
2.5 Use of Advisory Information:
I agree and understand that under no circumstances will, copying, hyper linking, modifying, adapting, translating or creating derivative works based on the content of the website for distribution to third parties or use or access to the website by other company locations, is not permitted without the prior written consent of e-Travel Technologies Inc.
2.6 Subscriber Information:
eTT agrees that subscriber information will not be used for any purpose other than administration and billing for this service, and will not be released in any form to any third party.
2.7 Copyright:
The INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL ADVISORY © and e-Travel Alerts ™ are subject to Copyright by e-Travel Technologies Inc. All rights reserved. No part of this material, computer programs, database, documentation, illustration may be reproduced or utilized in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or by any information storage and retrieval system, without the express permission in writing from e-Travel Technologies Inc.
2.8 Termination:
This Subscriber Agreement may be cancelled by either party with thirty days written notification.
2.9 Subscriber Protection:
Yes, I understand and agree with eTT's recommendation that we should retain a print or email copy of all customer Travel Advisories for a period of 1 (one) year, for our agency's liability protection.
3.0 Subscriber Acknowledgement:
YES, I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH CONSTITUTE PART OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UPON 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE.
